Description

One Housing required a Performance Management and Learning Development Management digital solution which provides a user-friendly tool to record, track and report on individual performance development identifies and meets learning and development needs on fluid, continuous, real-time basis

The proposed solution will facilitate individual performance development and support the development of a performance culture.

It is anticipated that the proposed solution will assist OHG attain to a more modern and flexible approach to performance development for all staff which will make the process more meaningful and effective, contributing to raising the performance of the organisation as a whole and contributing to a range of other business benefits.
