HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is seeking expressions of interest for pre-market engagement to assist in the strategic direction of the procurement for the provision of 'Supply and Rental of Medical Gas Cylinders, Associated Consumables and Services', and provide an opportunity for supplier insight and feedback.

Suppliers should send an expression of interest for the framework agreement to aisha.shehzad@htepg.com by 31st March 2020.

The framework will consider supply of cylinders containing a variety of medical gases including special medical gases. Suppliers should have the capability to offer related consumables and services. Examples of products include but are not limited to:
- Medical air,
- Medical nitrous oxide,
- Medical oxygen,
- Nitric Oxide,
- Medical Carbon dioxide,
- Medical helium and oxygen mixture,
- Speciality gases,
- Any specialised "prescription" gases.

Supplier engagement will be carried out in accordance with regulations 40 and 41 of the PCR 2015.
