Description

UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) is currently undergoing organisation wide transformation and the requirements of this procurement are to support in accelerating that transformation process.

A key part of this work is ensuring that Shared Capabilities' (formally Strategy & Change) structure, processes, roles and responsibilities support the new direction of UKVI in line with the vision, mission, objectives, strategy and tactics (VMOST); and wider organisational design. A number of transformation projects have already been stood up and many have started to deliver tangible change.
