Description

The London Borough of Camden ('the Council') in partnership with London and Continental Railways Limited (LCR) (together the "Procuring Parties") are seeking to award a contract for the provision of a works contractor to undertake the main works on the old Maria Fidelis School site. The works will comprise temporary public open space (POS), a new Euston Construction Skills Centre (CSC) and refurbishment of the main building to provide managed workspaces/offices, with ancillary multi-use hall for community use. The contract will be a single stage design and build from RIBA Stage 3 using a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 with Camden Amendments.
