Description

Before committing to any particular procurement method, contract type, or method of delivery, The Council is inviting suitable organisations to submit responses and recommendations around the subjects included in the questionnaire on pages 2 to 3 of the 'SMT - Operated Sweeper Hire 2024' document.

The questionnaire allows interested parties to:
• advise what might encourage or discourage participating in a tender opportunity
• give thoughts on a framework structure
• indicate their preference for pricing methods
• make recommendations relating to vehicle specifications, ordering, service lead-times, emergency service response time, sociable and unsociable hours service provision, depot locations in or close to Leicestershire, contingency plan for service continuity, vehicle tracking options, licences and accreditations, environmental management, added value, and any other recommendations they might like to give.
