Description

Seeking a delivery partner for the cycle training and bicycle provision element of the CityConnect Cycles project, funded by the Cycling and Walking to work fund.

This project has two key elements. Firstly, the provision of cycle training to adults across West Yorkshire through pre-existing cycle hubs. This will be at national standards levels 1-3.
The second element of this tender is to provide trainees with access to a bicycle, funded through the scheme. WYCA expect the delivery partner to perform both parts of this tender, including the build, delivery and handover of the bicycle to the intended trainee.
