Description
The Borough of Calderdale invites you to submit a tender for the development of the Outline Business Case for the Connecting North East Calderdale Programme, to develop the design, justification, and public appetite through consultation and engagement. There are a range of interventions meriting further development. These include both multimodal highway improvements and the introduction of a new rail station on the strategic rail network. This commission will develop an OBC for the highway based interventions as well as a Strategic Assessment (SA), this being Decision Point 1 of the WYCA appraisal pathway, for the potential Hipperholme railway station. The OBC element will contain works to both progress the shorter term bus focused delivery expectation as well as the wider package of works servicing North East Calderdale.
