Description

This pre-tender Market Engagement event is to introduce this procurement opportunity.

The Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service will provide evidence-based support to enable residents of East Sussex to make positive changes to their health related behaviours to improve their health and wellbeing. The service will form an integral part of the health and care system across the county and will include the provision of:

• One-to-one behaviour change support
• Specialist stop smoking support
• Tier 2 adult weight management support
• Community NHS Health Checks
• Making Every Contact Counts training
