Description

The London Borough of Merton has recently implemented Servelec's MOSAIC as its case and information management IT system for social care in both adults and children's services.
The Council is looking to secure some additional capacity and expertise to support practitioners through the process of transitioning to the new system and to help embed the system firmly into the organisation's routine business.

Successful provider will be required to have capacity to meet the council's service requirements as they emerge on a 'call off' basis through the provision of expertise both in knowledge and experience of the implementation of MOSAIC in local authorities, with an emphasis on change management and process design.
