Description

The Council has extended the IA949 Light Touch Regime Dynamic Purchasing System (LTR DPS) for the Provision of Supported Living Services for Individuals with a Learning Disability, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and/or Mental Health Conditions (aged 16+) until 30th June 2024.

The Council is suspending the period for accepting new applications to join this IA949 a Light Touch Regime Dynamic Purchasing System (LTR DPS) for the Provision of Supported Living Service for Individuals with a Learning Disability, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and/or Mental Health Conditions (aged 16+) from Monday 20th November 2023.

Any responses submitted prior to Monday 20th November 2023 for the IA949 Light Touch Regime Dynamic Purchasing System (LTR DPS) for the Provision of Supported Living Services for Individuals with a Learning Disability, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and/or Mental Health Conditions (aged 16+) will be evaluated, and providers notified of the outcome via Proactis.

If a new response is received on Monday 20th November 2023, the response will automatically be rejected, and Providers directed to the replacement for this DPS which is IA2613 Flexible Framework Agreement. The deadline for submissions for the IA2613 Flexible Framework Agreement is 12 noon Monday 8th January 2024.

Invitations to Tender for Call For Competition Contracts under the DPS commenced on 1st October 2019. This Contract Award Notice relates to Call For Competition Contracts which have been awarded under the DPS Agreement with effect from 1st July 2023 to 30th September 2023 (inclusive).
