Integrity Action would like to build the next version of DevelopmentCheck and are seeking proposals.

DevelopmentCheck is a web and mobile application which enables monitoring of infrastructure and services projects around the world by local citizens.

The purpose of this tender is to provide potential suppliers with background information and requirements so that a fit maybe established. Whilst Integrity Action have gained knowledge and wish to build on the success of the current DevelopmentCheck software, we would also like to welcome fresh technical approaches.
