Description

Tandridge District Council (The Council) is contracting for the construction of 12no. General Needs Family (all 2B4P) and 14no. Sheltered (all 1B2P) Rented flats on the former Bronzeoak House site in Stafford Road, Caterham, CR3 6JG. Also, a new carpark area to the front elevation (and associated highways works), retaining structures to the rear of the site, tree removal and replacement planting, and associated hard and soft landscaping works.

We invite expressions of interest from suitably experienced & qualified building contractors.

This is a two stage Restricted process with a value above the OJEU threshold for Works.
