Description
The British Council is seeking a supplier to produce a research study that combines a review of existing evidence on the value of Transnational Education (TNE) Partnerships and primary research.
This study aims to understand the broad range of value and benefits of TNE partnerships to a range of stakeholders to ensure that the British Council understands UK and overseas stakeholder needs. This will shape the Going Global Partnerships programme accordingly and widen UK TNE engagement to support the development of the partner country.
The scope and definition you intend to adopt of the value of TNE should be clearly defined in the proposal, and should include, but not be necessarily be limited to social, economic, cultural, reputational and educational value.
