South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services

The services required will vary between Planned and Reactive elements incorporating the following:

REACTIVE

Decoration
Glazing repairs/replacement
Tiling repairs
Tarmac repairs
Sanitary repairs/upgrades/replacement
Ironmongery repairs/replacement
Etc etc

Annual gutter cleans
Annual fall arrest inspection and certification
Monthly scaffolding inspections
4 monthly siphonic drainage inspection and service
Annual gulley and interceptor clean and service
