Description

Hull 2017 are carrying out this tender process to appoint a framework of AV supply and service providers to provide the audio visual equipment and services for conferences, cinema events, and live performances during the Hull 2017 Cultural Programme.

Suppliers will work with senior Hull 2017 Staff and its sub-contractors to
Design, install and operate the following elements:
 Content (Design and Collation)
 Projection
 LCD screens
 Autocue and prompting
 Lighting
 Audio
 Rigging
