Description

This contract is to undertake the Lead consultant role for Conservation repair works at the Museum of Science and Industry. It expected that you are either an architect or structural engineer with conservation experience, or that you can draw on conservation experience from your team.
The works are to The Power Hall Roof, the 1830's Warehouse and the 1830's Viaduct at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester.
Working alongside the Client Project Manager, this contract is to update surveys as required, find solutions, undertake design and specification for repair, assist with procurement of a contractor(s) and undertake the Contract Management of the works on site.
