Description

Torbay Council is seeking to procure a support service to operate from an existing 24 bed building, owned by Langley House Trust. The service will provide support to single homeless people, aged from 18-65, who have a support need and a local connection to Torbay. The intension is to split the building electronically into two x 12 bed spaces and procure the following service, to operate from the premises: · 12 beds of high support with 24 hour staffing · 12 beds of lower level support focusing on resettlement, employment and training The service should operate within a recovery ethos. The maximum budget for the entire service (12 beds of high support with 24 hour staffing, and 12 beds of lower level support) is £200,000 per annum The contract will be awarded for 2 years with the option of an extension of up to 2 further years.
