Description
The Office for National Statistics (the Contracting Authority) requires technical consultancy to support the Questionnaire Management services, with a particular focus on paper data capture and coding.
To support the ONS Paper Services team throughout the following activities:
•Refinement of Procurement Pack following Selection stage
•Tender evaluation
To include a technical review of requirements for both procurements (Questionnaire Management (print services only) and Print and Post) and advise on integration with wider census service .
This contract covers the initial phase of a wider, longer term consultancy requirement .
