Description
This requirement is for a 4+1 contract for the service and maintenance of the sites high mast Lighting Towers. The contract will allow for the annual service, maintenance and next day call out (Monday-Friday 08:00 till 17:00) for reactive repairs on the equipment detailed in work package No 1 within the pricing schedule. Tender submissions must include all items that will be serviced as part of the annual service plan, please see the PT35 Pricing Schedule for the list of items what must be covered.
The contractor will need demonstrate how they will meet LLAOL requirements and confirm the number of technicians who will be airside, security, passed up and must be able to attend site within 24 hours for operational call outs (Monday-Friday 08:00 till 17:00).
LLAOL is an operational airport which has a high footfall of passengers and staff, all services will need to be planned and no outages allowed for without prior approval.
