Description

This proposed project will provide a minimum of 53 affordable one bed accommodation units and 8 two bed accommodation units using modern methods of construction. In addition to the accommodation units, a commercial space of approximately 700m2 is to be provided. This space will be used for light industrial, warehouse and storage. It will involve off-site constructed, volumetric modules designed to be installed with minimum disruption to the site location. The building is not required to be relocated at any time. Bidders should note that any demolition works required will be commissioned by Evolve and will not be included in the proposed contract.Further detail is contained within the SQ documents.
