Legal Services for the procurement of the Derbyshire Dales Waste Collection and Recycling Services.
To successfully deliver the requirements of the contract the Legal Services Provider will be required have in-depth knowledge, understanding and experience of:
• procurement and the Public Contract Regulations 2015;
• legislation relating to waste collection and recycling;
• advising on the process of procuring waste and recycling services on behalf of local authorities; and
