Description

Lambeth Council is proud to offer a real opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to demolish Horle Walk Community Centre SE5 9EF, for the estate pride team in Lambeth Housing Management.

The works include the following items;
•Demolition of community hall.
•Making good the ground following demolition.

The successful supplier must be able to carry out the above works from start to finish. The value of contract is approximately 40k-50k.
