Description
Southwark Council would like to work in partnership with an agency to develop a campaign to influence the sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing behaviour of men who have sex with men (MSM) who live in Southwark. The tender is divided into two lots. Lot one (essential) includes insight research into understanding the barriers and motivators of MSM and develop a social marketing campaign and collateral. Lot two (optional) to deliver the social marketing campaign.
