Complex Control Annual Maintenance and Call Out\r
Service Visits (Based Upon Two 12 monthly inspections if required, charged at daily rate as below):\r
• Attendance at site to carry out Mains fail tests and adjust where necessary\r
• Download/Interrogation of all controllers\r
• Check Events ie History, Faults, Alarms etc.\r
• Report any Software Enhancements that may be beneficial\r
• Visual Inspection of control panels\r
• Condition of Control Panel Batteries and Support System\r
• Condition of Control Panel Lamps/switches\r
• Dust Removal as required, general clean as required\r
• Check condition of vent/fan filters\r
• Check Panel Temperature\r
• Control Battery Test\r
