Description
The GM BHG Enterprise Team is planning a large-scale event for our clients and stakeholders. We are seeking to appoint a main contractor who can provide a comprehensive, turnkey solution, managing the event from start to finish.
The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the event, including but not limited to:
• Planning and venue sourcing
• Marketing and promotion of the event
• Production of marketing materials
• Booking musicians and entertainment
• Sourcing and setting up all relevant AV equipment
• Event day coordination, including facilitation and organisation
• Post-event data capture and reporting
• Hiring a videographer and managing the filming on the day
