The programme will target businesses that employ five or more staff and have the capacity to create jobs and increase turnover/sales.

The provider will be required to:
• Provide expertise in the specific topic area of Innovation and network/relationship building
• Mobilise their own networks to identify and recruit key experts/stakeholders
• Have a deep understanding of product/service development
• Commission web developers, designers and marketers
• Attend meetings and progress (where required) key expert, and stakeholder relationships to encourage collaboration and increase membership of the knowledge exchange.

A key deliverable for this programme is to establish collaborative partnerships between business and academia and as such we will be involving universities and research establishments where appropriate.
