Description

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) (UK Government) invites tenders for competition under the Open Procedure, in accordance with the The Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for delivering and facilitating a range of FCO induction programmes, using blended learning tools and techniques, to embed essential management and leadership knowledge and skills, to be predominantly taught in a classroom environment.

The FCO runs a number of induction courses annually in our main building in King Charles Street, London, UK. Typically these will be for new fast stream and mainstream entrants to the FCO, people returning from extended leave, summer and graduate interns, apprentices and other government department officers on interchange/secondment.

A three (3) year contract will be awarded, with two (2) annual option years subsequently, in a 3 + 1 + 1 arrangement, to the winning tenderer.

The FCO intends to award the Contract in January 2020 with the Contract commencing in April 2020.
