Description

During 2021-22, The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) will match-fund 10 projects, at 6,800 GBP each, to explore and address specific Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) issues in FE providers. This is a new area of activity for ETF, which along with other programmes and initiatives, aims to support a pipeline of managers and leaders in FE that represent the diversity of learners in the sector. Learning from these projects will be disseminated to the wider sector and inform ETF's future diversity activity, including a pilot activity this year, in which senior leaders and governors will be brought together to develop an organisational diversity strategy.
Providers interested in this opportunity should submit a response by the deadline stated.
