Description

1. Ashford Borough Council is looking to commission a creative organisation /company/agency to deliver a unique and outstanding community project to celebrate Her Majesty the Queen and her Achievements that focuses on local community participation and civic pride.
2. The successful tenderer will be responsible for all aspects of the project including devising the creative concept, organising and overseeing community engagement and participation, dealing will all aspects of project and event management including, health and safety and staffing and delivery of the actual event/project. A fee of £30,000 excluding VAT is available for this commission.
