Description

The NHS Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group is commissioning Assisted Conception Services through the use of an AQP process. Specialist Fertility service is to provide a range of appropriate assisted conception services for couples within the Oxfordshire CCG boundary area who meet the eligibility criteria which include In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Intra Uterine Insemination (Un-stimulated, Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) stimulated- Funded on an exceptional basis.

The contract length will be for an initial three years, with potential to extend beyond that. Full details will be provided in the Accreditation Document.
