Description

The Broads Authority is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and competent consultant to undertake all aspects of the Habitats Regulation Assessment for all three Plans.
It is anticipated that the Broads Plan and the Sustainable Management Strategy (Destination Management Plan) will follow broadly the same process and but with slightly different timesscales. The Local Plan will follow the statutory process as set out in Government Guidance and may take up to 12 months longer.
