Brief Description of Requirement

The main aim of this project is to examine the relationship between share buybacks
and corporate investment in the UK and to understand whether there is any
evidence that share buybacks are having a detrimental impact on company
investment, growth and productivity.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
