Through this feasibility study we want to:
Capture how employment support in Surrey is currently funded, including any examples of innovative or best practice.
Explore a range of financial models (a minimum of 7 models)
Learn about relevant best practice in other local authority areas
Explore their feasibility in the Surrey context, as it relates to the local authority, businesses and residents in Surrey.
Understand their potential revenue generation and viability as long=term, self-directed income to fund employment support provision in the longer term.
Explore how these models could complement each other or the opportunities and implications of delivering in parallel as a suite of activities.
