MVDC Cabinet approved at its meeting of 24th September the undertaking of a procurement for a development partner by way of a LLP joint venture in order to deliver the repurposing of the Swan Shopping Centre, Leatherhead and the redevelopment of the site known as Bull Hill (or Red House Gardens), Leatherhead, two key MVDC landholdings which anchor the implementation of the Transform Leatherhead Masterplan. MVDC is now seeking a legal adviser to provide a range of legal services and work as part of a team with MVDC and with MVDC's real estate adviser to advise and support MVDC in relation to the procurement and the contract documentation up to and including completion.
