Description

Mobile Device Management software to include the provision of annual licences. Initial onboarding of the MDM solution upon contract start will consist of support to Innovate UK in order to set up the Administrative Suite and to receive instructions for the correct deployment. After the initial onboarding the Innovate UK IT support team will be responsible for the implementation across all corporate and BYOD devices. The licences must include software updates for the duration of the contract, as well as 24/7 online support directly from the vendor with a single point of contact.
Procured via further competition through the CCS Technology Products 2 Framework Agreement RM3733 Lot 2.
