Description

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the delivery of housing related support to vulnerable people living independently in supported housing accommodation located at Oakdene, Portsmouth.

The council is targeting to have awarded the contract by 19th January 2021 to allow for service commencement from 1st April 2021. The contract will run for an initial term of 3 years extendable in increments to be agreed up to a maximum total of 10 years, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.

Closing date for SSQ submissions will be 2:00pm on Friday 2nd October 2020. (This is an extended deadline which supersedes the earlier deadline stated within the SSQ documentation)
