1) Technical assistance with the analysis, funding and design of the Preferred option improvements of Rotary Way and A1056 junction and link upgrades.
2) Review the scheme and generate a Business Case, suitable to be used in funding bids for Highways England/Department for Transport housing support or network pinch point programs. This will include all necessary Economic case development to evidence the bid and ascertain the performance of current designs.
