Description

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, on behalf of the North West London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (NWL STP) wish to undertake a market engagement exercise to help inform its contracting approach for the future delivery of the following services:

1: Internal Audit & Counter Fraud
2: External Audit
3: VAT Advice
4: Debt Collection

This notice intends to facilitate early engagement with potential providers to seek the views and opinions of organisations that may be interested in delivering Internal Audit & Counter Fraud, External Audit, VAT Advice and Debt Collection services on behalf of North West London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (NWL STP) and relates only to a pre-procurement Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ). The NWL STP are currently developing their Service Specification and contracting process for the Services. Currently served by a variety of different Providers under individual contracts, the STP is exploring how efficiencies may be gained through the joint procurement of these services, appointing a single provider for the delivery of each specialism on behalf of all participating organisations.
More detail on the proposed Service can be found in the MEQ document. The NWL STP are seeking to establish what interest there might be in providing such Services from suitably qualified, capable and competent organisations.
NWL STP will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the NWL STP will consider in due course. Participation in this Market Engagement activity is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however the responses will inform the NWL STP with regards to the level of market interest. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT. Providers wishing to express an interest should submit their completed Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) via EU-Supply.
To access and download a copy of the MEQ, potential Bidders are invited to login to the electronic procurement portal "EU-Supply" available at https://nhssbs.eu-supply.com . Registration on EU-Supply is FREE OF CHARGE. Once logged into EU-Supply, search for REFERENCE - 41511, then register your interest to download the documents. For any technical support, please contact the EU-Supply Helpdesk on 0800 840 2050 or support@eu-supply.com. ***The DEADLINE for Expressions of interest via the EU-Supply Portal is 12pm Monday 2nd November 2020***
