Description
Places for People Group Ltd is one of the largest property management, development and regeneration companies in the UK. Places for People are seeking to appoint a service provider to undertake duct work cleaning that consistently meet the standards required. This is a tender to appoint one national service provider to visit all schemes with a communal laundry facility and carry out the works. This tender is on behalf of Places for People's Property and Compliance Team who provide property services to regulated stock in England. There are approximately 134 sites that have a communal laundry room and the opportunity is to provide an annual duct cleaning service across all these sites. The full service required includes the cleaning of duct work, outlets/vents and flexi-hoses. A certificate detailing that the sites have been cleaned along with a report showing the layout of the site, including before and after pictures is also required.
