Description

Nottingham City Homes in partnership with Nottingham City Council wishes to appoint a developer through an restricted procedure for the design development and construction of Thirty Six Apartments.The Southchurch Court project aims to continue the regeneration of Clifton. The scheme will have 36 new build properties comprising of 1 Bed 2 Person Apartments over three storeys. The development will provide a wider community beyond its boundaries by improving visual amenity.
