Description

SLaM is starting a collaborative project with South East London Integrated Care Systems and Guy's and St Thomas' Charity to deliver health and wellbeing packages to local primary and social care staff as part of the ICS work to deliver local wellbeing hubs. This support will be delivered through a digital platform, training interventions and fostering better links with local community resources and existing IAPT services. This part of the project will focus on health and wellbeing for primary care staff.
