The works are described as the Multi Utility Provision for the Cuerden Strategic Site in South Ribble, Lancashire. This package of works is concerned with the supply of permanent gas, water, electric and telecommunication infrastructure to site.

Please note: The tender return date has been extended to 10:00 am on 21/08/2018.

As you may be aware, Ikea, the intended anchor tenant for the Cuerden retail development, has advised that it wishes to withdraw its plans to open a store on the site. Whilst the Council remains focused on the site development it is considered appropriate to pause certain works / tender exercises whilst discussions take place. On this basis we are pausing this tender exercise until 21st August 2018. A further update will be issued in due course.
