Description

The Environment Agency, on behalf of Natural Course, is seeking offers from suitable organisations for deliver a project for a study into the Water Governance arrangements currently in place within the North West River Basin District (NWRBD) (Excluding Areas within the Greater Manchester Combined Authority). This project forms part of the EU LIFE funded Natural Course Phase 3 programme and is constrained by the terms of this funding.
The overall project will take a high level look at water governance across the region, look more specifically at the governance in Cumbria, asses existing work as well as domestic and international best practice and recommend a suitable governance structure to be trailed in Cumbria and how this can be implemented.
The contract will be awarded to a single contractor. The procurement approach is to invite organisations to submit suitable proposals for consideration. Submissions will be assessed to compare project outcomes and overall value for money. Proposals will be considered from individual organisations, consortiums or other combined partnership arrangements who return submissions within the stated tender deadline.
Interested parties should submit a proposal via the Bravo portal which should cover how your response meets the outputs, the criteria that we expect from your project and a cost schedule.
