Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Jewry Wall Museum and Walkway - Phase 2. The proposed project will be made up of the following items of work: The Contractor is responsible for design, supply of materials, completion of all works and rectification of defects over a 12-month period.
Internal fit out to shell and external works including:

• New heating system
• Air handling
• Fire alarm
• CCTV
• Electrical infrastructure
• New lift
• Staircase
• Non-load bearing elements
• Finishes and fixtures.
• Resurfacing of St Nicholas Walk
