Description

Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake property adaptations.

The types of work required, generally (but not limited too) consist of the following:

•Conversion of bathrooms to wet rooms
•Installation of ramps
•Dropped kerbs
•Overbath showers
•Installation of grab rails
•Door widening
