Description

The Contract is to provide a support service for Damp Proofing and Timber Infestation Treatment works to Reading Borough Council or its partnering organisations in accordance with the schedule of rates for a duration of 4 years. The scope of the project is also the supply and installation of whole House ventilation systems (Positive Input Ventilation- PIV).

The works will be generally small scale with an anticipated maximum individual order value of £15,000.00. There may be exceptions to this level.

The approximate total value for the works ordered using this contract is £50,000.00 per annum. There is also no Guarantee of Any Work.
