This Contract is for the provision of a Consultation and Engagement System
Please note that the Council are seeking to procure a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) product/system and will not accept development partnerships for this Contract.
This procurement is issued under an Open Tender (Find a Tender Service Threshold) Process.
