Description
The role of the Systems Integrator will involve but not be limited to the planning, design, implementation and integration of the enterprise-wide technology solution, together with the on-going application management service when the solution is operational. The new enterprise-wide technology will cover customer interaction and CRM, asset and asset management, as well as the major back office functions of finance, HR and procurement. It will also include the enabling functions around mobile and secure access for customer and employee, single workflow front to back office for services, data and data management and business analytics and reporting. This will replace the fragmented landscape with an integrated architecture that's fit for the future. The Systems Integrator will therefore have a major role in the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the technology and be expected to have the necessary governance, approach and resources to manage these activities.
