Description
Contractor to investigate and undertake roof repair works to the valley gutter as 80/86 New Street Birmingham. Including providing appropriate scaffolding access. Repairing and making good associate water damage to the internal office accommodation for the Staffordshire Pension Fund.
Engineers will attend site to carry out remedial works to the roof of Chanelle House, Once light well is fully scaffolded, Extensive works will include all clearing, cleaning of gutters, all outlet and hoppers will be cleared and cleaned. Any foliage to masonry will be removed. Any repair works to guttering will be undertaken. Chimney stack which has caused leaks will be checked over and new flashings will be applied where necessary.
Engineers will attend site and carry out repair works to the waterlogged ceilings. Floor will be sheeted and damaged plaster boards removed Insulation will be replaced where necessary. Engineers will replaster new boards to match with existing. Ceilings to both rooms will then be prepped to include any filling sanding and stain blocking. Ceilings to both rooms will then receive two coats of matt emulsion to match existing colour scheme. Walls and floors will be cleaned and any paintwork touched up on completion of works site to be left in a clean and safe manner.
