Description
Leicestershire County Council is seeking to enter into a contract arrangement with a suitable organisation for the print and publication of its magazine-style journal 'Leicestershire Matters,' which is to be delivered to all homes (280 000+ households) in Leicestershire. The organisations will also be responsible for subsequent delivery to the council's contract distribution company (in readiness for distribution).
